Mikrotik PPtP client - why is there no access to one of the devices connected to the client from the pptp server?

There is a Mikrotik router connected via pptp to the main office as a pptp client, two devices are connected to this router: a dir-620 router (connected via the Lan port, everything is disabled on dir except the print server) and a DVR with ip
192.168.11.202
192.168.11.201, respectively

Duck here.
If you knock on the address 192.168.11.201 from the pptp server, everything goes fine, but if you knock on the address 192.168.11.202, then the timeout .... with the pptp client, of course, both addresses are available. Please help me figure out where to dig... DHCP is also up on the client Mikrotik, and all devices that receive IP via WIFI or LAN are also available from the pptp server, the problem is only with dir - 620 ... I thought because of the static address, but on registrar also statically listed 192.168.11.201

@ValovVG

Is Mikrotik running on dlink as a gateway? What mask? Something prompts to me that dlink not there the answer sends.
