Setting up a transport rule in exchange 2016?
Good time, tell me if it is possible to set up a transport rule so that if letters come from outside, they are duplicated? For example: there are mailboxes of the department of managers (manager1, manager2, manager3, manager4), respectively, they correspond with other organizations, and they, in turn, answer them, response letters come to them in the mailbox, it is necessary that all letters be duplicated in the manager4 mailbox, perhaps whether to do and how? Thank you

manager4's mailbox will quickly swell up, and it makes sense to keep several copies of the same message - correspondence can be long and voluminous...
As an option:
make a common mailbox for the sales department so that all sales correspondence goes through it. Give a group of managers Full Access (or Read Only) and Send As rights to this box, and connect this shared box to the boss.
