How to make an individual mailbox offline in Outlook 2016?

There is a user with corporate mail. I have to change his password, after changing which he has a window for entering mail and password for Microsoft Exchange (and appears until you enter it). How to remove this window? How to make it so that he can read all the mail that is already in the mailbox, but do not receive new ones? Offline mode helps, but it also has other mailboxes. Can you remove it in the registry somehow?

I understand that this is not the main user box? He works in Outlook'e under another account? Then:
If letters should continue to fall on this mailbox, but the user should not see them, then the option, for example, is to upload the mailbox to PST and connect it to the local client.
If you can turn off the receipt of letters to this mailbox, you can, for example, set the Message Size Restrictions for receiving letters to 0 and add it to the main user mailbox through the issuance of Full Access.
