Why does the Outlook client change the creation date of an email?

Khabrchane, hello! Who can tell if it's a bug or a feature?

There is a connected mailbox (old_mail), access to which is lost, but I want to upload letters to another mailbox. Pst is not an option, because the result is a synchronization error due to the crooked settings of Imap and Pop3, that's not the point.

I chose a way to copy all letters simply to another box (new_mail), everything is fine, except for the date of creation. In the connected new account (new_mail), after copying letters to it, the date is original, for example, June 9, 2018. On the server (Yandex), the date is also original (June 9, 2018). The box is connected via Imap.

But when I connect this new box (new_mail) to another computer, instead of the original date, Outlook displays the time when the letter was created (copied), i.e. all letters, no matter if 2018 or 2017, are automatically copied with today's date and time. The only clue is that when you open the message, the original date (June 9, 2018) is displayed in the upper right corner.

How to be, who will tell? Thank you very much!
