Shared mailbox in Exchange 2013?

Good day!
Tell me, please, is it possible in Exchange 2013 to set up a shared mailbox without using individual email addresses?
Example: there is a personnel department that uses the [email protected] mailbox, they do not need individual mailboxes (management is against), several users need to be connected to this mailbox (about 7 employees).

I solved the issue by creating a shared mailbox with access for specific users from AD without establishing individual mailboxes.
