How to share a user's calendar to another user using Exchenge Server 2010?

Hello. How it is possible to share a calendar of one user with viewing of events by means of the server Exchenge 2010? We know the box of the person whose calendar needs to be shared (director) and we know the box who should see (secretary). Or just sending a request through the client?

I learned to google a little later than I asked the question. Everything becomes a cmdlet on the server. like this:
