Setting Dual access pppoe Tomato

Good day!
I bought a linksys e-1200 rev1.0 router, as it turned out, the provider has a dual access pppoe connection ("russian pppoe"). Native firmware does not support this type of connection - the Internet works like pppoe, but local resources do not. I googled that on the Tomato firmware such a connection can be raised. I used the instruction for configuration , but apparently I'm doing something wrong, only local resources work (Basic-network has DHCP).
Route table from provider's forum:

What is the problem, how to raise pppoe and leave local resources to work (IPTV performance is important).
