Need a dial tone after ending a SIP call

Hello!
I set up the joint work of CUCME 9.1 (on the Cisco 881 platform) and Cisco SPA 504G phones (former Linksys) using the SIP protocol.
I understand that after the successful end of the call, when one of the parties hangs up, it should just SIP BYE. But on the opposite side there is only silence, but I would like to hear the end signal as in traditional telephony. Is it possible to enable such a signal? If so, where: only in the settings of the SIP phone or on the CUCME side is it also possible?

The SPA has a Reorder Delay parameter - if it is set to something other than 255, then after this timeout it will play a reorder tone. If you make it comply with the domestic standard by prescribing the necessary intervals (by default, this is the American fast busy - beepbeepbeep), then it will be similar.
Basically, it's to indicate the state of the reorder, not what you want. This requires support for either inband clearback signalling, or simply generating the appropriate media on the CME. But as a rough emulation, it might work :)
