Set up DNS?

Tell me how to equip DNS? I have a second level domain, for example tempuri.org, served by nic.ru.
I need to write:
tempuri.org CNAME ec2-72-44-45-204.compute-1.amazonaws.com
mini.tempury.org AAAA IPv6-1
git.mini.tempuri.org AAAA IPv6-2
jenkins.mini.tempuri .org AAAA IPv6-3
samw8.tempuri.org AAAA IPv6-4
In this case, ipv6 addresses (AAAA records) will be dynamic. They will be registered by my server.
At the same time, the IPv4 server has a gray and dynamic address (either from the main or from the backup provider). IPv6 addresses will also be dynamic (teredo or 6to4, although I hope one of the providers will also someday start providing).
