Need to maximize the speed of the first request?
Now DNS lookup fails the most. The cost of the domain and its beauty do not care.
Right now the com zone and about 80ms from Moscow.
What can you advise?

It does not particularly depend on the zone (if it is not quite a marginal zone that is not cached anywhere).
Move dns servers closer to users. If Moscow - then really pdd will do.

Normal DNS provider with anycast.
From ours - zilore or selectel
From foreign - many.
And do not make TTL 5 minutes long, but as long as possible.
