How to redirect domains through DNS without adding new domains in it?

Raised my DNS server. I set up the main DNS domain on this server so that it redirects through the A-record to another remote server with the "VASYA" project.
Is it possible for new domains to be redirected to the "VASYA" project when setting the ns-s in the settings of my DNS server, and at the same time this was done automatically without any changes on my server (adding new domains, setting A-records for new domains and t e)?

No. But instead of A-records, you can add C-records...
