How to transfer a domain to Microsoft Azure?

Good day!
I have a domain on nic.ru and a website in DO. NS-servers DO are registered in the nic settings. Now we need to migrate the site to Azure. But I still didn’t understand which servers to register in the domain settings so that it successfully resolves to the Azure dns zone. Or is there some fundamentally different procedure for setting up dns?

You can delegate your domain to Azure DNS and create all records there.
azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/dns
