What exactly do you want to forward?
1) the user wants to open the site pupkin.ru -> DNS (who is pupkin.ru?) -> response from the dns zone.ru to the user: pupkin ru = "i.pi.shn.ik"
2) user www.pupkin.ru -> open port here send request GET/POST... "ip.shn.ik:80" usually 80 (apache/nginx/iis...) -> http server response: 200 on you page "hello world" or 404 no page or redirect to another web server...
