How to set up a 301 redirect at the DNS level?
Now there are 301 redirects of all pages of one site to the same pages of another site. Did a mirror of the domain.
The redirect was made through .htaccess on the hosting.
How to make the same redirect at the domain level? As I understand it, you need to create some kind of record in the DNS settings of the domain.

By itself, DNS does not know how to do any redirects.
If it is meant that all requests for one domain must be resolved in the same way as for another, this is done using CNAME.
