Service for compiling delivery routes?

Preamble: I have a small online store in which I am simultaneously a director, programmer, manager, accountant and courier . For six months, the store has reached the level of "4-5 orders a day" and every evening after work I load packages with products into the trunk and deliver them to St. Petersburg.
And sometimes there are snags like:
- where is it better to go first, to Kamenoostrovsky or the Garkavy Border Guard?
- if I go to Savushkin, will I get into a nightly traffic jam on Primorsky? Maybe it's better to drive to Parnassus first?
The actual task:
Find a service where I could enter the address of departure, a list of addresses where I want to go, the place of finish and the time of departure. And the service, accordingly, would choose the best route for me, taking into account the distance and traffic jams.
If such a service already exists, I will be grateful for the hint. And if not, then I will be happy if some habrastartaper implements it.
UPDATE:
For my needs, www.optimap.net/ is the closest . But it's on GoogleMaps. I have the sad experience of driving on Google Navigator: in St. Petersburg, he does not know many addresses, but with the buildings he is completely akhtung. Yes, and
Yandex is wonderful in this regard, it always helped out in some ass , but api.yandex.ru/maps/features/?p=routingimplies serious dopil pens. That is, approximately like www.optimap.net in terms of functionality, but on J. Maps it is more convenient in terms of interface. I'll try to use www.optimap.net (if only for drawing up a route without detailing, then it should work), but I think api.yandex.ru/maps/features/?p=routing is the solution , because I like it more. I can’t “make a decision” this comment, alas. Thank you all, all the pluses.

Do you deliver by car or public transport? Is it needed as part of the site or at least somehow?
If “at least somehow”, then on Yandex.maps and Google.maps, you can enter the starting and ending address to get a route for both cars and buses, as Zeldan noted .
If as part of the site, then both maps have an API for building routes for cars, but not for buses.
For Google Maps, I made a service for one online store. In Yandex.Maps, the principle is the same. I can help.

Good afternoon.
For such tasks, I created the Slider service .
You simply install an application for yourself , it displays a list of your orders and calls a convenient navigator through it (you yourself decide which one to call, including Yandex.Navigator or Yandex.Maps). And already on the navigator convenient for you, you go to the delivery point.
Public transport is also supported (metro, bus, trolley bus).
