You just buy a phone that costs $650 in the minimum configuration (yes, plus another $40 it will cost to ship it to Russia). And at the same time, it seems to you that $ 8 + 1 for receiving, repacking and shipping this phone (which is no more than 1.5%) is expensive.
I doubt that you will find much cheaper, unless you ask your friends who will bring it with a chance.
