Possibility of registering an advertiser.
The ability to register an organization that needs donations, such as orphanages or children with disabilities. Let the example be an orphanage.

And now the most difficult part that I don’t know how to implement, accounting for the formation of a message for social networks and integration with them and accounting for its reposts.

The essence of such an advertiser orders an ad, for example, at a price of 2p. repost, 5p. transition.

This ad is formed for example: "Children's toys on the site xxx, click like, the funds received from this ad will go to support the orphanage so and so."

Well, accordingly, the system counts likes, reposts, transitions, removes from the advertiser's account and transfers funds from this advertisement to the account of the orphanage.

The advertiser gets the opportunity to advertise and PR participation in assistance programs, I, as a user, get the opportunity to help the orphanage, in fact, doing nothing, even if it’s a penny, but 10,000 thousand like me are no longer a penny.

If there are no such systems, how realistic is it to do it and will anyone undertake it? Unfortunately, I won’t pull the whole project into one, the experience is not the same, the maximum I can do is little things. The only condition is if someone catches fire and develops, the code and accounting must be open, there must be a very good system for checking registered participants who the funds go to, the project must be completely non-commercial.

Well, just in your opinion, how much does this idea have the right to life? An ideal option is the development by a team of professional developers from any company from those who have not lost their romance yet and want to help the world. You get free advertising in the project headers and PR.

PS I'm not looking for any way to make money on this, I just had an idea how to direct energy and money from advertising from social networks and spam to a good cause and not to someone's pocket.

Beautiful and naive idea. The technical side is not a problem, it will not work for another reason, purely for an economic reason. To get started, get to know this market, the existing funds and their problems, as well as methods for solving these problems. And the prices for reposts and transitions are from another universe. But if your heart is burning, then in half a year an idea may be born. Now everything sounds like this: “I don’t need money and let everyone live happily.” Beautiful and naive.

Users are those who want to donate things but do not know who needs them.
I don't know about commercialization yet. Most likely this is a socially oriented project, i.e. free.
