Server setup, teredo, ipv6?

Hello, in general, I set up Teredo for myself. Everything works, ipv6 sites open and respond.
I also wanted to open a server, for example http, but the problem is that my provider issues a gray ip, and I'm under Nat'om. But as I understand it, teredo can bypass Nat?
Here are screenshots of all my settings:

I understand Close better than Filtered. But I do not understand what can block in this case?

In httpd.conf it's done like this:
Listen [2001:0:c38c:c38c:3ce7:ed7b:9295:7021]:80

Tell me what I'm doing wrong... I'm
already leaning towards the fact that there is no way around the provider, why then the indicators change with the on / off firewall, and the Filtered status is received by the ports on which http, mysql, etc. work for me ....
