How to lease a subnet of IP/22 AS+PI addresses?

There is a network / 22 network with an autonomous system that lies idle.
We need advice from the collective mind on how to rent it out correctly (technical and legal details). I know for sure that RIPE does not welcome this, however, there are many brokers with different prices and reputations.

If RIPE catches you on this, the network will be taken away. Straightaway.
Think further.

Yes, you should first think for yourself before writing something.
Leasing any IP blocks to LIRs in RIPE is standard and acceptable practice, without which, for example, a regular non-LIR company would not be able to obtain an AS.
In order to lease your IP block, it is enough to enter into an IP lease agreement and sign the "Agreement to apply for the allocation of independent ... with the tenant, then inform RIPE about this by sending signed copies of these documents along with the registration documents of your tenant.
