Server 2008r2 stops running on rdp, how to cure?

the terminal server 2008 r2 periodically ceases to start up new clients on rdp. the old ones continue to work safely. the server is licensed, terminal licenses too. completely updated. Nothing in the server logs. cured only by restarting. client versions of OS - from windows xp sp2 to windows 10, there is no physical possibility to put them in order, since offices are scattered throughout the region. from the installed software only 1s, office, browser, 1s key driver.
please help with this problem

And what is the number of terminal licenses in the licensing server? What kind of licensing - "per user" or "per device". I think the problem comes from the licensing server.

How does it stop letting go? You need a screenshot of the error. Have you tried telnet to port 3389 from a problematic machine? Does not let only certain users or from certain machines? Or is it a random issue? Also provide a screenshot of the licensing manager, there is something like a wizard that checks the activation status.

100 licenses on the server. everything is alright with them.
The problem is completely random. then 4 months of uptime and everything is fine, then three times a day you have to restart. the rdp service is not restarted, the olna hangs at a stop. happens in the morning at the beginning of the working day it stops letting even the first user.

Have you tried telnet to port 3389 from a problematic machine?
there is a request for a login and password and then "remote connection protection", then "an internal failure has occurred" and that's it.
per user licensing mode. the built-in wizard writes "no errors found" even at the moment when new users are not allowed. AD is not.
