There is a main site on a regular domain (com) with mirrors with 301 redirects (net, info, org), I bought an additional domain in the .ukr zone.
Does it make sense to put one or two pages on the Cyrillic domain with the same keys as in the domain itself to promote the main domain (topic: CPA, microloans), or leave the Cyrillic domain purely for redirect to the main one and use it exclusively for contextual advertising?

All domains to one site and distribute there: request for a specific domain -> the desired folder.
Keys/tags on pages - according to language and content.
You can auto-redirect to the desired domain when requesting the main (*.com) domain based on the IP network, browser language and browser time zone.
If there are several domains (as in your case), then each one will have to be promoted separately.
And for this - each should have unique content (for example, translations into different languages).
