How can a techie, without delving into SEO, create a successful Adwords campaign?

Hello dear.
Maybe there are some semi-automated systems or, in extreme cases, budget services / services for the complete creation of successful campaigns and ads in Google Adwords? Such that you yourself do not have to study marketing, SEO and everything related from scratch, but simply try to increase sales in a small online store.

I'm afraid that without independent study on your part of the system, little will come of it. The Google Adwords interface for an unprepared user is a dense forest. Help is also lame, no matter how hard they try to optimize it. And without this, even in semi-automated systems, nothing really can be configured. You will only be disappointed and decide that this channel does not suit you.
Sometimes Google Adwords managers can help set up a campaign, but this can usually be discussed with large budgets.
Why don't you want to use the services of an agency or a specialist? Of course, they will take their commission, but according to the final result, this will most likely pay for itself.

I would say so, successful - no matter how. With the current level of competition and the preparedness of those who are engaged in advertising, it will not work to poke the interface and get 99% success. 1% - which remains, this is the case that you have an innovative and popular product and you still smoked a certificate.

I am happy to read the answers.
I myself use the runner and direct, they work. I tried adwords two times - the money flew away, the exhaust was zero.
