Sennheiser CX 300-II or SoundMAGIC E10?

I choose between Sennheiser CX 300-II and SoundMAGIC E10.
I understand the topic of sound poorly, the opinion of people who know is interesting.
I want a good product. I listen to music completely different, based on metal, rock, light rock.
I plan to listen from the HTC Desire 601 smartphone
. Is it adequate to aim at the SoundMAGIC E10 in such a situation?
Having bought a Sennheiser CX 300-II in Eldorad for 1498, will I run into a fake?

I recently bought a Sennheiser CX 300-II, I bought it via the Internet and I was disappointed only in 1 that they are not the same as my previous CX 300s too. These need to be thrown around the neck, you know, there are those that need to be thrown over the right earpiece.
