Selecting user type in registration form?

Hey!
There is a registration form.
There are two groups of users (conditionally "Client" and "Contractor").
When registering, the user must indicate which group he belongs to.

The form is easy to assemble, but I'm stuck (-_-) on how to select a user group. Checkboxes? Or "Client - Contractor", and between them a checkbox trigger? Or something like tabs?
Tell me pliz, maybe you know from memory where there is a similar one and you can see it?
