Sectors of NFC cards?

The situation is this: there is an old transport card, with only one value: line 07 is filled in the first sector, respectively. Since the hands are in the wrong place, the value now doesn't exist, key A is now FFFFFFFFFFFF, and key B is not set. There are no keys in other sectors and the application cannot read the card. Can I fix it or is it all in the trash?
