I have a bank card, mobile (without nfc), nfc (just bought on ebay), is it possible to do this?

The bank provides api for almost any operation (payment, money transfer, etc.), there is a small idea, when bringing nfc, it will read data from the payment terminal (bank account, id) and after that it sends the data to my smartphone, after which, on the created application, the bank account of the store, the company is entered ... and the money is transferred to this account, is this possible?

In short: no, that's not possible. To "communicate" with the payment terminal, the device must be strictly certified.
Long - read the description of PayPass and PayWave technologies.
