How to use a mobile phone as a pass to the office?

Faced the problem of visiting employees in our office. I personally cannot control this process. Now we have 8 of them. I thought about introducing pass cards, but then I remembered the experience of a friend, where an employee who arrived on time rolled the penetrations of other "latecomers". Therefore, the idea came up to use phones for this. Most iphone's but there are also androids.
Are there ready-made solutions to implement penetration into the office by applying the phone to a special sensor?
At the end of the month, get statistics and be able to set up notifications?

Yes, no way. The phone does not give any guarantees for uniqueness and can be discharged at the most inopportune moment, unlike a card.
Everyone has different phones, someone has an iPhone, and someone has a push-button dialer.

Those. do you want to put a scooter, but use the phone as an identifier? Deploy HID Mobile Acsses. Supports both Android and IOS. But as mentioned above, a phone is not a reliable thing in terms of an identifier. They can sit down, they can lose, break, etc.
If you really want "union members" not to hand over their cards and you have a guarantee that they will be at the workplace, then deploy any scooter, but put any biometric reader at the entrance and exit as an identifier. In the very same scuda, set a ban on re-passing.
