SDA, learning how?

The network has a lot of interactive services for learning, for example, English. With English, it seems more or less, but I don’t have rights, I began to look for something similar according to traffic rules. And either I’m looking badly, or everything here is so empty so far ...
I found some services specifically for preparing for exams and their online tests for passing them. There seems to be no service to study Russian traffic rules.
Moreover, I could not even find the current rules, in which instead of the phrases “marked with signs 5.23.1 - 5.26”, “highlighted using markup 1.2.1 or 1.2.2”, there would be hyperlinks to the relevant sections of these rules (not to mention already about including images of these same signs / markings in the text). The text on calmly.ru is relatively good, however, it is far from perfect, for example, links to specific markups do not work, links to signs are not everywhere and do not help to make the transition to the signs section.
I found a completely inconvenient flash service for modeling road situations - so everyone writes with boiling water from it, but in reality it is simply impossible to draw any serious intersection in it.
So this is what I actually ...
1) Do you know where you can find normal current traffic rules with navigation, internal links, images of the described signs, etc.?
2) Do you know any web services for interactive learning of traffic rules?
3) Maybe something else interesting on the topic?
4) In general, is this topic really so unclaimed that no one has yet decided to make 100,500 startups within its framework?
Update: I'll try to sum up the discussion:
Some prefer the classics - paper literature:
- SDA
- "Tickets for category A, B"
Of the electronic means of preparation, the description is most suitable:
- the simulator program Driving School IAASH: preparation for the theoretical exam...- is used in many driving schools and, possibly, even when passing the traffic police
. I haven’t felt it yet, but it looks like there are just rules + tickets + exam. If so, I don’t understand how it is better than online services.
Electronic version of the rules:
- www.gazu.ru/pdd/?page=12 - with normal navigation / tooltips.
— spokoino.ru/pdd/rule/1/ (some navigation elements do not work correctly)
Exam preparation services (the richest category)
Online services:
— www.gai.ru/ — the traffic rules exam uses a database of tickets and pictures for them from Traffic police, not reparsing / redrawing.
— avto-russia.ru/pdd/index.html- It is convenient that it saves passed tickets.
In addition to standard questions, real situations on the roads are drawn with various answers. After passing one of the tickets, for each incorrect answer, a fairly sane educational program is described.
- avto-russia.ru/pdd/bilet21.html
- spokoino.ru/pddonline/ the results of the tickets are also remembered
- quto.ru/pdd/
- www.gazu.ru/examen_gibdd/test/ - explanation of errors is given at the end.
Applications:
- an application for the iPhone called "Exam of traffic rules." The database contains 40 tickets with 20 questions each.
— pdd.ucoz.ru/- (the same 20 tickets for 40 questions). There you can not only “pass tickets”, but also train on specific topics.
Driving simulators:
— “SDA. Textbook for driving schools. Driving simulator [2010, Simulators]"
- 3dinstructor.ru/ - unstable, poorly optimized, not very useful application
- I'll add on my own that a few years ago I tried some kind of German driving simulator according to the rules. It is cool, but paid and not very stable. The title is in German so I don't remember.
Other useful applications:
- application for the iPhone "Penalties of traffic rules"
This question inspired gabex to another: Passing an exam in the traffic police as an external student

There is such a book "Tickets for category A, B" - I used it only (in preparation).
Well, if you really want to ride around a virtual city, look for “SDA. Textbook for driving schools. Driving Simulator [2010, Simulators]" :)

3) Maybe something else interesting on the topic?

There is such an application for iphone "SDA fines", in practice it helped me a lot. Of course, the linking described by you is not there, but it is done quite pleasantly for use.
Also, there is an application called "SDA Exam". The database contains 40 tickets with 20 questions each. In addition to standard questions, real situations on the roads are drawn with various answers. After passing one of the tickets, for each wrong answer, a fairly sane educational program is described. This application helped me a lot before I got behind the wheel on my own.

you can approach the study of theory from two sides: to pass the exam or ... well, let's say, to know
for the first one, it's enough just to sit for several hours / days at one of the web services with tickets, questions and answers, sometimes looking into the text of the rules for clarification , explanations
for the second still need to read the rules themselves a couple of times. I haven’t seen any services, but in paper form they cost about 50 rubles, they are sold in any stall with the press. plus, it makes sense to attend at least a couple of the first lectures at a driving school, so that the most basic concepts are explained as clearly as possible
as for everything else - practice, practice and only practice. no simulators, services and other “magic pills” will replace it, so learn the theory and drive. with an instructor of course :)

Buy a paper book with traffic rules (always come in handy) and at the same time look at the designation of signs and markings in it.

Laplace, I'm not sure it's worth listening to dissuades. If you have the skills and desires, you just need to take it and do it. There really is no decent service on the horizon: either a sea of paid programs (UG for the most part), or very mediocre services.
The link to gai.ru is not bad, but it is completely unsuitable for teaching: in some topics there are up to 120 questions, and on this service in any case no more than 20, even if you choose a separate topic.
That is, testing yourself (having already learned) fits perfectly. Great pictures, good usability. But a huge number of unnecessary elements on the page, some brakes (actually, due to unnecessary elements) and the complete absence of a “training” mode.

Ideal option: a book with traffic rules for 20 rubles + online testing. Of course, you can use Tickets in category A, B - such a blue one, but it takes many times more time.
She prepared herself here: avto-russia.ru/pdd/index.html . It is convenient that it saves passed tickets.
Tip: go through a couple of sections of the traffic rules, decide on tickets for them. Be sure to read the comments to the questions (there is one for each).
Solve the entire database of questions at least three times.
In total, you will get no mistakes on the exam :)

Here on this site there are interactive traffic rules (with the required links, pop-up windows with the corresponding paragraph of the rules, etc.).
There is only one drawback (but in this case, as I understand it, a significant one): these traffic rules for Belarus (!) Unfortunately, they are somewhat different from Russian ones.
He taught himself traffic rules recently. I did not find a similar resource with the traffic rules of Russia, I taught from the book.
Additionally, I downloaded this program with tickets (the same 20 tickets for 40 questions). It seems that all sorts of versions of it are circulating on the Internet;) There you can not only “pass tickets”, but also train on specific topics. In my opinion, this is more efficient than dealing with tickets on all topics at once.

Mdya, it seems that it’s not on Habré, judging by the answers to your question ... There really aren’t any good services, I found only a disk on torrents, according to which I was preparing. You could go through all the tickets, and if you don’t understand why, then below there is a detailed explanation and links to the necessary items.
When I prepared on this disk and began to hand over all the tickets at school without mistake - the teacher even thought that I was cheating, he came up and looked at what the trick was :)
Then I thought to stir up the web service, but I didn’t start something, but all the investors want more facebooks...

Thank you all for the advice, especially for "buy a paper book." Just think, if there were not so many cool services for learning English and I would look for them, you would also advise me “Buy a dictionary, it will always come in handy. Bite words"? Yes, you and I should be the first to figure out how to raise this to a new level of convenience.

When I was preparing to take exams for “B” (the rights of category “A” at that time already existed), I stupidly opened www.gai.ru/voditelskoe-udostoverenie/examen-pdd-online/ and drove tickets to automatism. Every day for an hour or two in the evening. In total, this was enough for a week to come to the traffic police and pass the theory without a single mistake in 4 minutes 20 seconds out of 20 minutes.

1) I don’t know, I’ve only seen paper versions.
2) I used only the traffic police and quto .
3) There is a city driving simulator (in compliance with all the rules), but for some reason I could not start it. It seems that the computer just did not pull. I remember reading in the discussions that it is extremely unoptimized (benchmarks were made and compared with other well-known games and it turned out that it was inferior in terms of graphics, and it was eating more resources). That's all of the interesting things in this area. From experience I can say that a book with traffic rules and N runs on tickets is enough to know and to drive.
4) As always, there is an idea, but there is no time.

there is such a site gazu.ru
An example of rules with “images of these very signs / markings”:
http://www.gazu.ru/pdd/?page=12
there is also a test on it:
http://www.gazu.ru/ examen_gibdd/test/
at the end of which an explanation of the errors is given.
Judging by the inscriptions - the rules for 2011.

Lots of comments on how best to prepare for the exams. This is actually very cool and useful, but I set myself another one - to know the rules. For example, you don’t need a license to ride something on a two-wheeler, but it’s useful to know the rules.

Another such service: pdd.atrena.org
There is a mode of working on bugs - it works according to the results of a specific person
and you can mark your favorite questions so that you can solve them later.
Plus, there are no annoying ads.

The best option is to read the rule book a couple of times, and then answer the exam questions on tickets, trying to understand how and why. This is better for one simple reason - you won’t be able to learn or prepare anything normally on a computer, because all the time, I repeat, ALL THE TIME, you will be distracted by all sorts of dregs like the Internet, music and other things. Tested on myself and a few other people.
