Scrolling too fast with two fingers on the touchpad

The touchpad driver crashed, updated from the Lenovo website - it worked, but I began to scroll with two fingers too quickly. It does not depend on the program: the problem is found with different browsers

A little bit of scrolling, and I find myself on the opposite edge. Please help to calm down the driver.

Windows 7 32 bit, Synaptics Touchpad, Lenovo ThinkPad Edge.

In the settings "nothing":

Try Control Panel - Hardware and Sound - Mouse - Wheel Tab - Scroll Vertically. The default setting is 3.
