Script/Template (html, css) with what license can I sell with my product?

I welcome everyone. Let's say we have a small, boxed e-commerce script. Which will be sold for a small payment. There is a task of selecting an Admin panel template. In this regard, there are several questions:
1. What license should the template have in order to be able to include it in the script being sold (it turns out to sell the template along with the product)?
2. What sites / sites (where to buy) do you recommend?
3. Is a free template possible, or only a paid one?
4. If this is a free Admin panel template (if this is suddenly possible), then, let's say, how "stupid" it is (after all, a lot of people can have a free template. Although this is not so striking, this is not a front, but an admin panel ) ? Naturally, it will be partially visually changed, for example, backgrounds, some colors, etc. But still?
*As far as I understand, in this case, ONLY such a license is needed c2n.me/3ralpA0 ?

No, not only. Suitable wagon licenses.
For example, MIT https://almsaeedstudio.com/themes/AdminLTE/documen...

As for the banality of the admin panel, I would not worry if it is solid in itself and generally suits you. For example, almost all sites (or at least many) created on a certain engine and even frameworks have an almost identical admin panel. Even commercial ones - Bitrix, for example.
