Screen in squares, what is it connected with?

I bought a monitor with an ips screen, and then after some time spent on the Internet, I came across one problem. It consists in the fact that, for example, if I watch a video, then at some moments I get an image with squares, even for a millisecond, but I still want to understand what the problem is all the same.

Squares in the video itself. Broken file or codec bugs. It has nothing to do with your monitor.
