Why does the computer turn off when you insert a USB flash drive?

Good evening, I've run into a problem. On the case, I have 4 usb inputs connected to the motherboard. Everything worked properly and the connected devices (headphones) also work. But when you insert any USB flash drive into different usb inputs, the computer instantly "stalls". My computer is young and the motherboard is not cheap.
What could be the reason? The capacitors seem to be all normal, they blew out the dust, now I'm checking the computer for viruses. If that doesn't help, then what? (I'll post right away). There doesn't seem to be any static electricity.

Check connections. It looks like a short circuit. Typically, such a shutdown occurs when the PSU goes into protection.
