DVD drive does not write discs, what should I do?

Good day, Khabrovchane!
I needed to burn a couple of files on DVD-RW discs, bought a blank, put it on burning, after a couple of seconds the program displays the following:
Sense: KEY=05,ASC=30, ASCQ=06
Tell me what to do? Used three blanks, the result is the same. Wrote with UltraISO, IMGburn and DAEMON Tools Pro Advanced. All produce the same result.
PS Tried on two OS Windows XP Pro SP3, Windows 8 Pro
Drive ATAPI DVD A DH20A3P

Have you tried a cleaning disc? Might help...

As correctly noted above, the error is: 5 / 30 / 06 CANNOT FORMAT MEDIUM - INCOMPATIBLE MEDIUM. The drive cannot format the drive due to incompatibility. Try other discs or try burning the disc you bought on another drive. If Alcohol or Daemon Tools is installed, try disabling emulation for any protections in the settings.
