Screen disappearing after installing ASUS HYPER M.2 X16 CARD V2?

After installing on a gigabyte aorus b450 m in the lower slot (x4) HYPER M.2 X16 CARD
with ssd m.2 installed (on which windows 10 is installed), the system boots, but the image on the screen began to disappear. What could be the cause of this problem?
