Sobsno. Ubuntu 14.04. I launch Atom from the panel, icon. Always opens untitled. But I would like it to be like in Geany or Notepad ++: I launched it, and there all the necessary docks are already open.

Install Sublime Text 2 - it allows you to open previously closed tabs, and it's more convenient Atom IMHO.
