Samsung SSD 870 QVO 1TB loads at 100% when running games, wtf?

Hi people. In general, such a trouble.
I bought myself a new SATA SSD: Samsung SSD 870 QVO 1TB
Installed Windows 11.
When you work in the browser, graphic editors, etc. everything is OK, even when you download large amounts of data (games, movies) everything is fine. But, it’s worth starting some kind of game (launched CSGO, SCUM, PUBG), the ssdshnik immediately loads at 100% and both the game and Windows completely hang. If you wait, then after 5 minutes it can delay, but then after a minute it will freeze again, and sometimes it doesn’t delay, but the blue screen of death crashes and the computer generally reboots.
Sometimes I manage to solve the problem in a shamanic way: I turn off the computer, change the sata cables between hdd and ssd, load Windows, then turn off the computer again and put the cables back and for a while the games start and everything works, but after a few days the same garbage happens Oo
Magic, not otherwise
. Moreover, the speed of ssd on tests is 2 times less than it should be, and when I rearrange the cables and back, then for some time the speed is normal, full. All my satov slots are 6GB

. Recently, the coolers in the system unit on the front panel stop working for me, I have 3 of them and they are backlit, first the lower cooler went out, now the middle one, only the upper one remains working ...

Can there be such problems with ssd and coolers due to the power supply, although there is enough power...

Here is actually my filling:

Now about what I already did to solve the problem:

1. Disabled unnecessary services, windows search, etc.
2. Did disk optimization, did a check, everything is ok for all checks with the disk
3. I bought new sata cables
4 Disconnected hdd, started only with ssd
5. Did something in the registry with the MSI file, set 0 instead of one, I don’t remember what it was for, but they said that it should have helped

Already in desperation I came to the conclusion that I needed to buy a new motherboard and a new power supply ...

Maybe someone had such a problem?

In general, what was the reason, I still didn’t understand, perhaps when installing Windows, something went wrong, and this “something” prevented the ssdshnik from working normally ...
I close the topic, thanks to everyone who tried to help .. .

It looks like a mother. And on the PSU
are the coolers connected to the mother or to the PSU? There and look for the problem

But these switches have not been turned on for an hour?))
The effect of them is similar ...

@SysCat

1, Since you have HDD and SSD transfer the paging file (through system settings)
2, As it turned out, disabling the paging file even with a large amount of RAM slows down applications and the OS

Try something more tested than Windows 11.
