How to find out which application caused the screen recording?

The phone lay with the display turned off, suddenly I hear how it started playing video, still with the screen off. I turned on the screen, I see nothing, the sound of the video goes on, I opened the application list, brushed off the telegram, since the video was playing from it, from the saved messages. And then an area appears on the screen, and an inscription something like allow recording of the screen area? I pressed no.
