I would take a simple single-board computer, microcontroller, temperature, humidity, pressure sensors, etc. Further, the MK would give the data to the computer, on which there would be a freshly written 10-megabyte program, which in full-screen mode would broadcast information to the monitor once every 15 minutes.
Pros:
- no Internet needed
- no server needed
- no dependence on third-party sources of information
- data is always up to date
- cheap
- modifiable in any direction
- scalable and copied to any number of objects
Cons:
- more coding
- MB soldering
