On a laptop, sometimes some keys do not print correctly?

Laptop DEXP, taken in one of the salons DNS. Now the problem is that, for example
, when you click on "d" it prints "d9"
when you click on "l" it prints "l2"
when you click on "2" it prints "2l"
when you click on "a" it prints "ay"
when you click on "y" prints "ay"
when you click on "u" prints "yuz"
when you click on "g" prints "r4"
and not always, but sometimes. The English layout is the same. Is it possible to somehow do without contacting the service center? Because it will take at least a week, and I don't have that much time. Perhaps the problem is not technical, but at the level of software (or drivers)?

What about win 10 operating system? I have seen this on a lenovo laptop. It started after installing the Windows update. It was cured only by removing the lenovo software responsible for the keyboard and special buttons.
