) turning on the PC, the cooler buzzes at full power, but nothing happens, it doesn’t even reach the BIOS loading, I tried to install the old hdd back, nothing too, reset the BIOS, the same result, what could it be?

The chipset is already old. I won’t say what exactly happened, if manipulations with the equipment led to a failure, reset the BIOS through the jumper and boot without the SSD, in general, remove all disks at the first start. Get at least to the moment of issuing the NTLDR IS MIISSING error, then connect the old hdd.
It looks like your distribution does not have drivers for your chipset.
Which is generally quite rare already (unless you install WinXP) occurs.
You can try switching the BIOS drive from AHCI / SATA mode to IDE / PATA Compatibility mode (or whatever you call it).
But this is just for testing, that's the problem.
Running in the old mode is not recommended due to performance reasons.
