What graphics card to choose, what would be the increase in graphics?

I have a PC with Intel Core-i3 4330. Integrated HD4600 video. 8GB RAM. Monique FullHD.
What characteristics to choose a video card to have an increase in graphics, relative to the built-in video?
What can you choose from?
In general, I want to play fifu above average in FullHD resolution.
Now on embedded video it is normally played no higher than 1366x768 with low rendering quality in the settings (~ 25fps ). But in some moments it still drops to 10fps - 15fps.

If you need a "popular" video card, then - GTX750 Ti GDDR5 2Gb. If the budget is more then GTX950. And if it's lower, then GT740 \ GTX650 is not worth taking lower, look for with 2 gigs and GDDR5 memory.
I want to remind you about the additional power supply for video cards, check if there are such connectors on your PSU.

Take any good modern card - it will be better. To give a more accurate answer - bring another motherboard, PSU power and budget.
