SaaS from Russia for clients from all over the world. Legal, how?

After much (very) deliberation, the SaaS idea was born. Conditionally - an icon font service type (fontawesome) with a subscription.
I have more than modest resources from one but proud person - myself.
Generally not strong in legal subtleties, I confess. I remember earlier there were some terrible restrictions for the legal acceptance of micropayments in Russia (a paypal subscriber subscribes about 8 bucks a month) - each transaction requires a signature from the other side, a commission of $ 30 and other crap that nullifies the conduct of such an online business from Russia .
I googled the question - there was nothing particularly on the topic. Here are a few questions - how can you help that and we will be happy (me and future questioners):
1) How can I legally accept payments from all over the world on IP (every month ~$8-10)? Are there any restrictions on the number (not amounts, but transactions, for example, for currency control)?
2) What is the best way to arrange a reception? (aggregator? paypal with a current account? or?)
3) Any additional information on the issue - please help!

Ideal for software
https://paddle.com/
register as an individual, they will be your authorized reseller (sales agent),
once a month they will pay you money minus a commission (via wire transfer, PayPal, Payoneer)
and when the turnover starts from 600,000 rubles / year - then it makes sense to register SP 6%, and before that it is cheaper and easier to pay 13% personal income tax as an individual.
It's even easier to pay taxes as a self-employed person if you're from supported regions.
