For whom to register a domain?

Created a website with friends (3 people).
Each of us has a different role in development (back-end, front-end and mobile development).
Soon the site will be ready and the time will come to buy some domain, but a dispute arose between us: who to register the domain for, if we are all equal in our team.

In your case, only for the company, and the founders are all 3 people.
Or one of you, but then he will be the full owner and can leave taking the domain at any time.

1. Cast lots :) But in this case, "everyone is equal" will no longer be - the one who owns the domain can reconfigure it or even sell it at any time.
2. Register an office and a domain for the office, and become its founders yourself. Then "all are equal" will remain.

Only registration of LLC and domain on LLC. In general, it's time for you to disperse if such graters are at the very beginning.

To begin with, you decide what you will do, how and where the profit will be earned, then think about the form of organization of the activity (if you plan any activity at all and profit from it ...), etc. from the general to the particular, by the deductive method, and not vice versa ... and you will gradually reach the solution of the issue with the domain.
