SaaS and SSL on client domains, how?
Let's say there is saas.ru
The client creates his site, site.saas.ru - everything is clear here, wildcard and one nginx config / one certificate and everything works.
Is there any more normal solution when connecting to this site site.ru domain and SSL for it?
Create a separate config for this domain with a script and connect a certificate in it?
I have been reading the forums for a month now, and I don’t know what can save me from this? Is there some kind of dynamic certificate linking or a shared certificate per per IP for all domains?

Use openresty. There there is a functionality of generation of SSL "on the fly".
