S3 to optimize video delivery costs?

I looked at financial reports on the use of S3 bucket.
Basically, there are optimized video files of 3-5 minutes, used to give back to customers. The traffic is not huge, but the price for using it is very embarrassing at the moment.

Tell me, on what points can I optimize the work of the s3 bucket for the return of the video?

- CDN (AWS Cloudfront or Cloudflare) will help reduce traffic on S3
