How to create secure mail tied to a domain name?

Is such an option possible?
A domain name is purchased (without hosting), then a business mail is created (of the form [email protected]) in the zoho service, then the business mail is connected to amazon ses, an ssl certificate is installed and then the mail is used in MS Outlook?

Are there any other options for creating mail with an ssl certificate like Let'sEcrypt for free or with minimal investment?
