Can I use Amazon Route 53 for my home server?

There is a home server with a white static ip.
There is a domain.com domain hosted on amazon s3 + amazon route 53 (reg.ru registrar)
Can I create a subdomain like subdomain.domain.com that would redirect to my server's ip?
As far as I understand, a CNAME record is created for this, which I did.
But the result is not responding :(

@Nidere

You need to make an A record. If your server has a really white address, and not the provider's NAT server address, then everything will work. Also check the firewall on the server.
