Running Mac OS X 10.9 on Windows 8 in VMware Workstation?
Hello!
A similar question has already been asked , but here I tried to describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
I need to run Mac OS X 10.9 in a VMware Workstation 10 virtual machine.
The bottom line is that everything seems to work, but when the system starts in a VM (virtual machine), it starts up for a very long time. As it turned out, it does not start at all, just an endless download.
Here's what it looks like

Everything is fine, 8GB of memory is enough.
The download goes on forever. Waited 30 minutes to an hour. I watched a video on YouTube (I did everything on it), they say that after 5-10 minutes the system starts up and there the settings go on.
Started running OS X Lion with the same problem.
Bios virtualization is enabled.

I struggled with the same problem for a long time. OS X Yosemite, OS X El Capitan also loaded up to about half and did not start. On rutracker in one of the distributions they gave a couple of tips. In general, I used VMware Player 12 to start, after installation you need to apply unlocker (OS X will not start without it), while you need that there are no folders in Russian on the path to the unlocker and the antivirus is turned off. Run win-install as administrator. After these manipulations, everything worked. Even though it's a late answer, I think it will be useful to someone.
Boot the system with the -v switch. See where you left off., Drive an error into Google
And do not tell me how else to install code x there. You need to write an application simple for ios, but unfortunately there is no live hardware (
