Rockettheme template, what's the problem?

I put this topic on the phpbb 3.1 forum demo.rockettheme.com/live/phpbb31/ethereal/
Everything is installed and everything seems to work, but there is one thing, but apparently the scss file is not compiled into index.php.

Mb who put the theme from this studio and knows what's the matter? All components are there, I do not understand.
