Robots.txt how to hide indexing (for Yandex) of the main site, and allow only a subdomain?

The main domain of the site is in English, there is ru localization on the ru-subdomain, respectively, how to hide the main domain from indexing and allow only ru-locale. the scheme is as follows: for Yandex only ru, for Google a domain with all subdomains.
